You Won’t Believe What’s In This Delightful Bundt Cake
I just ate a piece of chocolate. I think it was about the 1,274th one this Christmas, and as much as I LOVE chocolate I’m starting to feel like enough is enough. I was supposed to make chocolate cake for dessert, for one more special dinner we’re having tomorrow. But just the thought of it makes me cringe now.
I love you, chocolate cake, but I think we need some time apart. It’s not you, it’s me! So I was searching for other kinds of cakes today; something that would be super easy to make – with no chocolate.
Lucky me, I found this yummy looking bundt cake recipe on Facebook. There isn’t a hint of chocolate involved; instead, there’s strawberries, butter and cream cheese. You can’t go wrong with those, can you?
This recipe reminds me of a cake my grandmother used to make when I was little. I can’t remember if there was cream cheese glaze in her recipe, but I’m definitely going to make it for this one.
