I love breakfast. I am pretty sure I have mentioned that before. I need to have breakfast every morning within 30 minutes of waking up or I will end up with a headache. Just this morning, I woke up and got busy quickly and skipped breakfast. Well, after an hour of being up, I had such a horrible headache, I had to eat something and sit down and wait for it to pass.
It is quite annoying, but I know my body and need to make sure I constantly feed it in order to feel good. Well, I know I have also mentioned around here how much I love Mexican food. I eat burritos or hard tacos at least twice a week (at home) not including when we go out, or the late night Taco Bell visits with my husband (sorry, mom!).
Well, one night, at around midnight, my husband and I went out for taco bell and got breakfast burritos. THEY WERE SO GOOD! I knew I had to replicate them at home and I did.
I knew this would make breakfast in the morning so much easier for the both of us! They would have loads of filling that would keep us satisfied all morning and taste great!
