These breakfast biscuits are where it’s at! These are full of flaky goodness biscuits, have so much gooey cheese and have loads of sausage to bite through. Recently my mom told me that she wanted to make a great biscuit for breakfast. I knew instantly what we were going to make. These breakfast biscuits were the perfect treat for a family breakfast. We prepped the biscuits (which you can make homemade or if you want, use Pillsbury Grand Biscuits).
After we prepared the biscuit dough, we added some chopped sausage. We added lots of cheese which gave it a wonderful flavor and we knew we had a great recipe.
Since then, we have switched up the recipe and altered it in so many different ways. We have added chopped tomatoes and spinach. We have altered it to include three different cheeses that explode when you take a bite out of it.
We have even switched up the protein to ham or chicken instead of sausage. Anything you do to this recipe turns out well, I promise. You can switch it up in a million different ways and it will always turn out deliciously! Give this a try this weekend and you will see what I mean.
