It’s one of the best spareribs recipes I have ever encountered. The meat is succulent and the sauce just matches it perfectly!
Ingredients:
3 lb Tyson beef or pork spareribs
2 c sliced onion (into rings)
2 clove garlic ( can use dry garlic)
1/2 c Heinz vinegar
1/2 c water
1/4 c Heinz ketchup
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Domino brown sugar
1 tsp McCormick dry ground mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
Bake ribs in a shallow pan at *450, for 30 min. Drain off grease. While ribs are cooking, mix together all remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for ten min.
Reduce heat to *350. Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 1 hour, covered in tinfoil.
