When the church potluck comes rearing ’round and you haven’t a dish to pass step into the realm of the almighty dump cake, sister.
Last weekend my church had a potluck supper. This dinner had been announced in the bulletin and from the pulpit for at least a month beforehand but I must not have been paying attention because I forgot about it. So, I get to church and immediately realize what I had forgotten when I walk through the doors and smell the scent of food. Ugh! So, it was this very dump cake recipe that came to my rescue.
I quickly ran to the nearest grocery store, grabbed the items I needed, and whipped up this fabulous blueberry peach dump dessert in the church kitchen. What a save this recipe was 🙂
