I went to a baby shower for a friend from school last year. I hadn’t talked to her in years, and I wasn’t really sure how I even got an invitation, but I was honored to go. Now, baby showers aren’t always my favorite thing, especially when I’m afraid I’m not going to know anyone there. Thankfully, when I arrived, I saw plenty of familiar faces. After we got caught up on what we had been doing the past several years, they started bringing out the foods.
When I saw these sausage and cheese balls I was really interested. I had never seen anything like it. I asked the girl that was expecting the baby where they came from and surprisingly, she said her mom made them homemade with a recipe she found on Group Recipes.
When I tasted them it was such a flavor experience! I couldn’t wait to find the recipe and make them myself at home. They were a huge hit among my whole family too! Now I make these for a special treat and sometimes for breakfast on the go. I never hear anyone say a word about not getting what they wanted to eat when these are on the table!
