I am always on the prowl for new soup recipes. I was raised in Michigan and the weather got very cold there. Mom always had a pot of steamy soup on the stove. I have all of mom’s recipes but like I said, I enjoy making new things. That’s when I found this albondigas soup recipe on the My Kitchen Magazine food blog. After one look at the photo, I knew I had to make this soup mine. So yummy!
