You guys, this pork chop recipe is where it’s at! I’m telling you what I am not a major fan of pork chops but these baked beauties make me fall to my knees in admiration. I can’t believe how delicious they taste. Oh, and get this, they are seriously easy to make. In only a handful of ingredients, you can have a wholesome pork chop dinner on your table. Just wait until your family sees what you’re serving up, tonight!
This is yet another go-to recipe of mine because it is so easy to make and the meat literally falls off the bone as it is very tender and juicy. I’m totally smitten by this recipe and you will be, too.
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons water
6 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell’s Turkey Gravy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Beat the egg and water in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Coat the pork with the flour. Dip the pork into the egg mixture. Coat with the stuffing. Place the pork onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it’s hot and bubbling. Serve the gravy with the pork.
