One of my favorite past times from high school , college, and beyond is going out for breakfast. There’s something about a professional making you your breakfast that makes it taste so much better. The problem is now, with four young kids and my husband and I, it isn’t always easy or affordable to go out to eat. That’s when I decided that I had to find a way to make a yummy meal at home that all of us would enjoy just as much as we do going out.
That’s when I found this recipe for bacon egg and cheese casserole on Group Recipes. It looked easy to make, and the ingredients I already had so that’s what I made for breakfast the very next morning. It was a huge success.
I didn’t have to worry about keeping my kids calm in a busy restaurant and my husband didn’t have to worry about what was coming out of the checking account.
This is a recipe that’s going to stick around a while!

Quick Tip: Avoid a dark crust by baking inside of a pan of water.
Recipe looks good! Do not see a “Print” recipe option. Better yet, it would be nice for you to have the “PIN” it option to PIN on PINTEREST!
“print” option would be nice. I just copy and paste to Word and print it from there.
