Aunt Beth loves to spoil me and my family when it comes to food. Whenever we go and visit her and my uncle during our free time, Aunt Beth always asks us to stay either for lunch or for dinner. Usually, we stay for lunch because we visit them early in the morning. We usually travel just as the son is rising so that we can go home early. My husband doesn’t want to drive home late for the kids’ safety.
We always make sure that we travel while there is still light. Calvin is also afraid of the dark and is often agitated whenever we travel during the night. Last time, Aunt Beth served us her famous creamy ranch pork chops and potatoes.
I love that recipe of hers because it’s so creamy and extremely flavorful. The good thing about it too is that the pork chops are tender. Slow cooker truly does its magic on meat properly.
We were also able to talk a bit while the meal is cooking because Aunt Beth didn’t need to stay in the kitchen to look after the food. It was one amazing lunch that my husband and I truly enjoyed. A copy of the recipe for Aunt Beth’s creamy pork chops are on the next page. I hope your family will enjoy this recipe as much as mine did!

Quick Tip: If your sauce isn’t as thick as you would like it for serving, remove the lid and turn the slow cooker to high. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
