Whenever I visit Aunt Beth’s house, I beg her for new recipes that can help me improve my cooking skills. I told you, guys, I am not that good of a cook. I do have my moments and I do have my specialties, but compared with my aunt and some of my cousins, I’m an amateur. Aunt Beth has some of the dishes that I love to eat therefore I want to get a hold of those recipes so I can make them for myself back home.
Aunt Beth isn’t the selfish kind. As long as you’re family, she will share her secrets with you. In a very detailed manner using notes.
She wouldn’t write the steps in the notebook. But she would ask for your notebook where she could post those tiny colored sticker papers. She writes one step on one note and sticks it.
She said that in that way, I could post it everywhere without me having a hard time. She used the ultra sticky ones that can be re-posted anywhere. I find it a huge help because I could just transfer the notes to my fridge at home.
The latest one she taught me was a recipe involving lemons, rosemary, basil, and chicken. I found a recipe similar to it and you can find it on the next page!

Quick Tip: If you’d rather BAKE, place chicken in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes or until done. Baste half way thru or more often.
