Hello, friends! Are you getting ready for your big holiday meal, yet? I’ve been writing up a menu for what seems like days now.
It feels like I just got down preparing for Thanksgiving…haha…that’s because I did! So now, it’s on to the big Christmas dinner. I think I like Christmas dinner better than I like Thanksgiving. When it comes to Christmas meals you get to change up the menu a bit and make a variety of holiday treats and dishes. Thanksgiving dinner is just far too predictable.
Now, that doesn’t mean I won’t be first in line to devour some turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie LOL I just like surprises. One of the best parts about Christmas dinner is the desserts. I have an entire table dedicated to dessert for my big holiday dinner.
Everyone makes cheesecakes, pies, and cookies so this year I thought I’d add a little something different to the mix and make this wonderful angel fluff. It’s a lot like cheesecake sans crust. It’s made with cream cheese and cherry pie filling. It’s delicious and very easy to throw together. Plus, the dessert looks really pretty in the bowl. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: I like to eat this casserole with a dollop of sour cream on top.
