This Angel Chicken Made My Taste Buds Fly Straight To Heaven

This is ideal to serve if you have a lot of guests. Everyone will surely fall in love with this tasty and creamy recipe. It’s something that everyone will eat regardless of age. The kids in our family loved it, as did the adults. You will not regret serving this. Our friends over at Food.com had this to say about this recipe:

“This has become one of our absolute favorites. It’s a little heavy on the dairy, so it’s more of a special occasion dinner. I use regular cream cheese and regular cream of mushroom soup. I also add sliced mushrooms – usually a package of white mushrooms and as many portabellas as I can afford. I serve over white rice. Oh my gosh – it is SOOOOO GOOOOD. Takes only about 3 hours on low, but can stew for longer if need be. Chicken is so tender and the flavor is amazing. I serve the rest of the white wine with dinner.”

I had never heard of angel chicken until one of my friends served it to me during one of her dinners for friends. I thought it was amazing! I love the creaminess and the flavor of the sauce, which perfectly complimented the chicken. It tasted so good over pasta, but I tried it once over rice and it still tasted good!
