Amen Unstuffed Peppers

If you’ve ever had stuffed peppers, you know how mouthwatering delicious they are. If you’ve ever made stuffed peppers, you know what a pain they can be. The taste is worth it in the end, but it always left me wondering if there was an easy way to accomplish such a yummy dish. There has to be…right? That’s when I went on the hunt and found this recipe for unstuffed peppers.

Now, I’ve heard of them being made this way before, but this recipe was different. It was all done on the stove top, in one pan. How cool!

I was so excited to try it I made it that very night. They weren’t lying. It was so simple and all of the flavor that I was expecting was right there in that one dish.

My family all enjoyed it very much and asked that I make it again. One of the best parts for me, cleanup was done in just a few minutes! Now I know how to make this otherwise complicated dish easily without sacrificing any of the great taste!
