I’m always a little scared when I start experimenting with my favorite dishes. What I mean is, when you really love a dish, it’s kind of risky to start making changes, right? What if it turns out awful and you’ve ruined it forever?
Well, you don’t have to worry about such a thing when trying this recipe. It is a combination of buffalo chicken and jalapeno poppers – trust me, these flavors go together so well, it’s a match made in heaven! If you’re serving these to kids, you can adjust the amount of jalapenos – however, my children actually love spicy food so I made this recipe exactly and none of them complained about it being too spicy.
