If there is one thing that my husband and I both like eating it is deep fried pickles. Man oh man are those things ever good! There is a gas station up here in Pennsylvania called Sheetz and they sell deep fried pickle chips. I love ’em! Well, guess what? they don’t even hold a bubbly cup of hot oil to these egg roll deep fried pickles. These are something else!
All you do is wrap cheese and an egg roll wrapper around a pickle spear and fry. It’s that simple! I am super excited to have come across this delicious recipe over on the Me Lady Cooks blog. thanks, Audry!
