Ahh, cookies. My favorite dessert of all times. Any way you serve them, prepare them, or make them, I will eat them. It does not matter to me if you make them with chocolate, with fruit, with nuts, with oats, or anything else. Whatever is made, I will eat. They are just such a quick and easy dessert that can be enjoyed at any point of the day.
I love that cookies are acceptable as breakfast foods, snacks and desserts. So versatile and so fun, these are just what I want after a delicious homecooked meal. I love cheesecake and I especially love when it is served with raspberries over the top.
I know, it is kind of strange and untraditional. I mean, cherries and strawberries are good, but raspberries? Mmm, yes. This is my favorite way to eat cheesecake.
The only issue is, cheesecakes takes forever to make. Aghh, it is frustrating and annoying when I want a raspberry cheesecake now, but cannot have it because it takes so darn long to make. That is why I have created these cookies.
Simple, full of flavor and everything I want in a cheesecake, all in one, easy to enjoy bite. These are to die for.
