These Are The BEST Stuffed Peppers You’ll Ever Have

Here’s a classic dish that keeps on giving! I can’t think of a recipe that would be easier to make than this one. This has been a huge favorite at our house for years, and I make these stuffed peppers almost every other week.

The kids love these, so does my husband – and the great part is that you can tweak everyone’s portion to their liking! This is a dish that never seems to lose it’s flavor, so you’re going to want to make plenty to have some leftovers. You don’t necessarily have to add meat, however you can play with any kinds of leftovers (shredded chicken or even bolognese sauce) to add more flavors.  And why not use different colored peppers for a beautiful presentation and a slightly different flavor!

One of the best things about this recipe is that it’s super easy to prepare and therefore great for a busy weeknight. It only takes a few minutes to prepare these (especially if you’re using leftovers), and a quick half an hour in the oven.
