I am a huge fan of stuffed shells. I love everything about them. However, I’ve never had them stuffed with sausage and spinach. Have you? Well, I can tell you that we are both in for a treat with this recipe. I just finished making a batch and my house smells wonderful. My husband and kids are chowing down on the shells right now as I type this. In fact, I had better get down to the dinner table before they are all gone! But first, I have to share with you how easy this recipe was to make.
You really don’t need much experience in the kitchen to pull this one off, people. I mean, it’s basically just mixing stuff together and stuffing the shells. easy peasy! Plus, you are using store-bought pasta sauce. I know, I know, some of you would never use store-bought pasta sauce, blah blah blah…who cares. it works and it’s tasty 🙂
