Lately, I’ve started to think there must be something seriously wrong with me.
Ok, maybe it’s not that serious, but I know it’s definitely a little strange! You see, whenever other people are getting started with their summer BBQ’s and all those lovely, fresh salads and grilled ribs, I start craving for holiday meals. You heard me! Sweet potato casseroles, stuffed turkey and anything you can think of having during Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Now, I do realize stuffing a turkey is not going to happen on a regular weekday. Not in my house, at least! I just don’t have the time for all the preparations, and I can’t deal with all the cleanup afterwards… But there is one particular dish that is very easy to make and gives me that “holiday mood”.
This ham recipe that I found has a flavor almost identical to the one my aunt used to serve for Thanksgiving! I haven’t asked her for her special recipe, but I’m pretty sure it would be very close to this one. Give this one a try and you’ll want to make this year round, too!

Quick Tip: Try switching to Dijon mustard for a stronger flavor.
