My family is quite partial to desserts containing chocolate chips.
From chocolate chip cookies to cake, we love them all! I went a little crazy when I first came across this simple chocolate chip muffin recipe. I’d never thought of putting chocolate chips into muffins…cupcakes, sure but never muffins. Well, folks, let me tell ya, it was a really good decision to make. These muffins turned out uh-mazing!
My husband really enjoyed these muffins and he took a batch to work with him to share with his co-workers. Apparently, the chocolate chip muffins were quite a hit amongst the masses.
