This Delicious And Lean Soup Will Get You Back On Track Again
When I was a kid I wouldn’t be caught dead eating pea soup. Yuck! It is green and weird looking and made with vegetables! Forward ahead 20 years and pea soup has become one of my favorite soups out there. Its texture is velvety smooth and the color is so pretty and green. I love the stuff! My kids and husband often turn their noses up to it but I make it in small batches for myself to eat during lunch.
I work from home so having this type of quick and easy lunch available is great. What do you think of the color of this yummy soup?
