Until You’ve Tried This Recipe, You Don’t Even Know What Guacamole Is
I think I was very young the first time I got to taste the heavenly flavors of guacamole dip.
My uncle, who was a chef at the time, made the dip for a New Year’s Eve party and us kids got to sample the goods before being shooed off to the kid’s party area. My mom was always so creative and gave us kids our own fun New Year’s Eve section to eat, play games, and watch the ball drop in Times square.
Mom learned after that New Year’s Eve party to make me my own bowl of guacamole because I almost ate the entire dish of it myself. Boy oh boy was it ever good! I’ll never forget that night or the belly ache that I got 🙂
