Busy Mom’s Lifesaver Breakfast Recipe
When it comes to muffins I would say that these raspberry pecan gems are probably my favorite. Normally, blueberry is my fave but I really love these raspberry sweeties.
Yes, I call them “sweeties” because they are super sweet and delicious. I don’t think much sugar is needed in this recipe because the berries are sweet enough. To get this effect make sure the raspberries that you use are riper than normal.
My husband took a batch of these raspberry pecan muffins to work with him and his buddies scarfed them down like nobody’s business!
