I love making appetizers for parties and family get-togethers. Sometimes, you don’t even need to put together an entree as you can simply serve appetizers and finger foods.
Now, that’s my kind of party! We did that at my sister’s baby shower a few years back. Instead of having this giant meal we ate lots of appetizers and desserts. It was perfect! You are going to love these peppered bacon twists as they are easy to make and taste incredible. I plan to make them for the holidays this year and I think I’ll round up my children to help.
That’s right, these peppered bacon twists are so easy to make that your kids can have a lot of fun helping you twist them up. However, keep your eye on the bacon nabbers in your family. If your kids are anything like mine they will be eating the bacon more than working with it.
I guess I’m a bit of a bacon nabber myself so I’ll have to lead by example and show a lot of restraint while I’m around those strips of salty goodness. MMMMM, bacon. Anyway, enjoy!

Quick Tip: If you can’t find Pillsbury cornbread twists you can use breadsticks instead.
