Today, I’ve been thinking about some of the things that I am grateful for and one of them is great food. I love that I have a choice in the things that I want to eat when sometimes, others do not.
Can you imagine going into your kitchen and wanting to prepare lunch but you haven’t anything in your cupboards or fridge? That’s awful. We should all be thankful for the food that we are so blessed to have to eat. I am thinking about the delicious Thanksgiving Dinner that I had to grace to experience just last week. It was amazing and I was so fortunate to be able to stuff my belly so full of food I could have burst when others didn’t even have a sandwich to eat.
Since we are in the throes of the fall season and almost into winter the tail-end of harvest time comes to mind. That’s why I chose this lovely pumpkin cobbler to share with you guys and gals today. It tastes and smells just like a gorgeous fall day. So, as you prepare and eat this pumpkin cobbler think about the things that you are grateful for. I am grateful that I get to make this pumpkin cobbler cake and serve it to my family.
