It’s time to make this awesome chili and biscuits casserole!
Wow! My taste buds have just been given a kiss from the food gods. I made this meal about an hour ago and just finished having a serving of it.
Boy oh boy, was it ever good! I can’t believe how quick and easy this BBQ chili and biscuits casserole was to throw together.
I opted to make the chili and biscuits from scratch but you can use canned chili and refrigerated biscuit dough if you prefer. I like to make my own chili though as there is way less salt content in it than using a canned version.
The BBQ sauce flavor is amazing. I never had BBQ chili before and I’m so glad that I got the pleasure of enjoying some today. The biscuits top this casserole off nicely and I love how they soak up the chili.

Quick Tip: If you’re really in a time crunch, you can use canned chili or chili you’ve made ahead and frozen.
