It’s truly a coincidence that I have a friend named Brie and this recipe is about Brie Pizza. It’s also truly a coincidence that Brie loves Brie cheese and her specialty is Brie pizza. Well, if I were her and I was named after my mother’s favorite cheese, then I will probably be the same and make sure my name is forever remembered by the people close to me. If my mom named me after her favorite pickles, then I would have made sure she’ll remember how she ruined my life forever. Kidding!
Let’s talk about Brie and her brie pizza. Brie and her boyfriend met because of her brie pizza. During a family party, one of the guests’ sons had a taste of her brie pizza and asked who made it. I think it was love at first pizza with them!
I didn’t know what was in that pizza, but her boyfriend still looked at her as if she was the cheesiest thing that ever happened to his life. Well, she might have been. It was sickeningly sweet and frustratingly adorable. But then again, everyone has their own love story. And their started with a pizza that was named after her!
