Easter is always a special holiday for my family. We go to visit my brother and his family for the weekend, and my sister and her family come to visit as well. It’s a packed house, but it’s always a lot of fun. Whenever I go, I always offer to make at least one meal for everyone. It’s one of my favorite things to do, make people happy by feeding them delicious foods.
When I found this recipe on All Recipes for overnight blueberry French toast, I couldn’t wait to try it out on everyone.
I made a double batch because there are so many of us the first night we got there, so Saturday morning, this was in the oven and on the table before everyone even got up. It was a huge hit among everyone young and old.
It was affordable to make and really simple to throw together. I can see this becoming a new tradition around our house on holidays, and other fun and relaxing weekends.
