Now This Is How To Eat Fruit!

My Aunt’s birthday was coming up, and we couldn’t be more excited about going to visit with her. She never had any children of her own, so me and my siblings always spent quite a bit of time with her. She spoiled us rotten, so why wouldn’t we? Now that we were all older, it was time for us to spoil her. We packed up our families and made the short one hour trip back to our hometown.

Before I left though, I had to make her a homemade cake. She loved everything that was made at home, that meant it was made from the heart. I found this recipe on All Recipes for a carrot cake with pineapple cream cheese frosting and new she was going to love it.

I carefully packed it in the car and it traveled with us back to her house. When we pulled up, she was so thrilled to see us all.

We all went inside and sat down to enjoy a piece of this cake, and it was just a delicious as I had expected. It was gone before we left that afternoon!
