The ladies in my family all have one thing in common, besides our stunning good looks of course… we all LOVE onions. It starts with my grandma, goes through my mom and aunts, then down to me and my cousins. Everything that we cook is always loaded in onions. Well, for family events, we usually have to make one with onions, and one without. There are a few people that don’t like onions…who knows what’s wrong with them.
Anyways, when I found this recipe for pan fried onion dip on Group Recipes, I couldn’t wait for our next get together. I was taking this, no questions asked. It sounded so good, I had to make it at home first.
Plus, I wanted to be sure that I could in fact put it together. It was so simple. The smell was amazing…if you like onions. The taste was even better. Me and my daughter pretty much ate the whole thing to ourselves…oopsie!
It was one of those dips that once you start eating it, there’s no turning back. It was even better than I expected.
