Whenever I ask my husband what he wants for dinner he always says meat. He loves to just munch down on a big ol’ steak whenever possible. We don’t even have to have anything to go with it…just meat.
Well, I wish we were independently wealthy and could have steak for dinner every night…but unfortunately we aren’t. That’s why when I found this salisbury steak recipe on Group Recipes I was so excited.
It allowed me to make my husband the “meat” dinner that he wanted without having to empty out the checkbook. He is always happy when he sees this chunk of beef laying on his plate. Even my kids like these.
They say it reminds them of a giant meatball. Whatever it takes to get them to eat their protein I’m all for it. The recipe is easy and quick too so it’s perfect for those night that’s I’m running on empty.
