Wow! These Cheese Potatoes Are So Easy To Make It’s Almost Ridiculous!

I got married in 2015 and since then, my husband and I have been trying to find new traditions we can create as our own little family.  We definitely want to involve others, especially in our own family, but we want to do some things that are created by us.  One of the first traditions we created upon getting married was Easter Sunday brunch.  We invite all of our family over after church.

We share a wonderful meal and a happy time together celebrating the beautiful day and what it means to us. Well, year after year, I try to serve some classic dishes that do not change (such as my honey baked slow cooker ham, and French toast casserole) as well as some new things.  I have noticed that pasta salads do not really go over very well, but everyone seems to like potato salads.

Thankfully, those are my favorites, whether hot or cold, so I have been searching for and trying new recipes to figure out which would be best for this year’s Easter brunch.  This one is definitely a keeper of a potato recipe, so if you are looking for something for your next party, give this a try!
