Perfectly Pleasing Potluck Potatoes

I love meeting up with family and friends for a good meal. I don’t always love trying to come up with something to take for that dish to pass. I get tired of always taking the same things, and most people that I know usually bring what they are good at.

One day, I was in the mood to try something different. When I was searching Recipe Lion, I found this recipe for potluck potatoes. How perfect? I love potatoes, as does everyone I pretty much know. We always had mashed, scalloped, or baked, so this was a nice change from what we were used to.

I tossed this together fairly easy and headed out the door to our family event. When I showed up with this dish, everyone was super interested in this new casserole. When they found out it was potatoes, there was no hesitation in trying it.

Needless to say, this pan was cleared out in a matter of minutes. Next time I will make a double batch for sure! I don’t want anyone to walk away without getting a taste of this!
