Whenever we have pizza take out for dinner, if there’s any leftover, I am the first one to the fridge in the morning to have some for breakfast. Even though pizza, in my opinion, is made for every meal, I still feel a bit guilty having it in the morning.
That was the case at least, until I found this breakfast bacon and egg pizza on Recipe Lion. It had all the breakfast food ingredients that we were eating anyways, but on my favorite food…pizza! I couldn’t wait to give it a try that weekend.
I picked up all the necessary items when grocery shopping and tossed it together that following Saturday. When the kids got up that morning, their eyes lit up at the site of pizza for breakfast. Everyone grabbed a slice and gobbled it right up. Even my boy who doesn’t usually eat a big breakfast went back for a second piece.
Not only was this super tasty, it was incredibly fast and easy to put together. We have had this for breakfast several times now and sometimes the breakfast leftovers are now dinner! How’s that for a twist?
