My friends and I bond over food a lot. We all have our favorite dishes and during every get together, we always make a list for what we would like everyone to bring. Two of us were vegetarians. We always take into consideration what they can and can not eat. However, since they know that the rest of us are meat lovers, they often tell us that they would just bring their own food and they’re willing to share them if we would like to have a taste.
Last time, one of them brought a vegetarian noodle recipe. At first look, any meat lover would feel wary. It’s full of vegetables and well, to a meat lover it will probably taste like salad.
However, when we all tried it, we actually fell in love with the taste! It was made of zucchini noodles and there were even peppers in there. We truly didn’t expect to love it, but we did.
The container that our vegetarian friend brought was empty by the end of the day. This recipe reminds me of that zucchini pasta except this one is a little friendlier to meat lovers because this contains sausages. I hope you will love this as much as I did!
