Sunday has always been an important family day at my house, even when I was younger. It was the only day of the week that everyone had time to just sit around and spend time with one another. Not only did we like to enjoy each other’s company, we always had a great meal. I felt bad when my mom had to leave us to go cook something up. Sometimes it seemed like she was in the kitchen for hours while we were all relaxing.
When I found this recipe for a slow cooker beef roast, I knew that this would be the perfect solution to the problem that I was now having.
All Recipes shared this and I took advantage of making it the very next Sunday. I started it in the morning after breakfast, and left it to cook itself.
By dinner, the house smelled amazing and I had been able to talk, play, and laugh with my kids and husband all day long. That’s how Sunday’s are supposed to be!
