I love curry. But I am talking about the curry where you dip your delicious roti in. I love roti. Whenever we eat at an Indian restaurant, I order about two or three. I don’t really care about the other food as long as I have my supply of roti in front of me with that curry that really tastes so good. I told you I am already working on my spicy tongue. There are a lot of fodo I wouldn’t get to enjoy if I can’t take spicy food such as curry so I am really trying hard to get used to the burning sensation on the tongue.
My love for roti and its curry sauce actually prepared me for Aunt Marge’s lamb curry. Now I really do love lamb. There’s just something about its taste that always manages to lure me in.
But when she combined curry with the lamb, I am so done. It was a little spicier than what I am trying to get used to, but it’s worth it. I just have to have a pitcher of water beside me or perhaps a pitcher of iced tea and I would be just fine.
The lamb pieces are soft and easy in the mouth. The strong flavor of the curry was just the perfect partner for it. You will find a recipe for a lamb curry in the next page. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!
