Melissa was a vegetarian for a long time, but it wasn’t because of any belief; it was because of her health. She was allergic to any type of meat, something that has to do with the natural fats that they released whenever they’re cooked. However, recently, she was finally allowed to eat meat. I wanted to, but I couldn’t provide the scientific explanation here because I might just explain it incorrectly.
The only important factor was, she was finally allowed to taste heaven! Goodness, I couldn’t imagine not eating meat. Us, her friends, decided to celebrate it by making her different pork recipes.
We just wanted her to finally have a taste of the finest pork dishes that she used to miss. She loved everything, but her favorite has got to be the glazed pork tenderloin that Sammy made. She was supposed to taste a piece only so she wouldn’t get too full.
She has about fifteen pork dishes in front of her. But she loved the glazed pork tenderloin so much that she almost ate the entire thing! Not bad for a first time, huh? If you want a similar recipe, please check this recipe that I will share with you.

Quick Tip: If you don’t have an oven-proof skillet, after searing pork in a skillet, place in a casserole dish or roasting pan, top with glaze and cook in the oven as directed in recipe.
