We were looking through our barely filled cupboards for something to eat when I stumbled across this recipe on Group Recipes. As I read off the ingredients to my husband he checked each one off. We had everything we needed already in the kitchen. I was off and running in preparing this dish to put into the oven. (Directions say slow cook but we didn’t have that kind of time.)
I threw it all together in a casserole dish and popped it in the oven. It smelled so yummy while it was cooking. It was equally delicious when it came out pipping hot.
The pan was almost wiped completely clean. The leftovers got tossed in the fridge and taken to work the next day. I think it was even better the second time around.
I will use this recipe over and over again it was such a crowd pleaser at my house.
