When you have a house full of men, you know how difficult it can to fill everyone up with a traditional recipe. Well, God blessed me with four, count them four, boys. Oh yeah, and then my husband. Now that my boys have reached their teenage years, I don’t think purchasing the whole grocery store and putting it in the backyard would keep everyone happy. I am always looking for a way to feed everyone on one dish, and it doesn’t happen often.
That was until I tried this dish from The Pioneer Woman. All of my guys love meat, and spicy. So, that’s two things going my way.
I was a little unsure of the grits because they had never had them before. The whole thing went over amazingly! Everyone ate until their hearts and stomachs were content.
This is the first time in a long time that I have been able to please everyone without making a five course meal. This recipe card is going to the front of the pile!
