Chicken breast plays a major part in a lot of meals that get served at home. I always try to jazz them up a bit with different seasonings, but in the end, a chicken breast is just that…same thing every time. We had some family coming in from out of town and I was in charge of making dinner…as usual. I wanted to make something a little different but stick with what I had in the house.
Of course, chicken. I looked around and found this recipe on Recipe Lion for bacon stuffed chicken and thought…hmmm…two of my favorite things. Let’s give it a try!
These were so easy to make…once I got the hang of the butterflying part. When that bacon was cooking everyone started strolling towards the kitchen. Good thing it didn’t take too long for them to cook because I don’t think I could have held them off any longer.
It was pretty quite around the table and you know what that means…people were stuffing their faces! This is a dish that I will definitely make again and again. Even my kids loved it!
