The Juiciest Chicken You’ll EVER Have
The last time I went to my brother’s house for dinner, he was in charge of the cooking. Now, I’m not going to say I was scared, but I was definitely a little nervous about what he going to come up with. I didn’t know that he could even cook, much less serve an entire meal. When we got there, I could smell maple syrup. For some reason, I thought he was going to be making breakfast for dinner, which would have been fine, but I was pleasantly surprised when he pulled this pan of chicken out of the oven.
Not only did it smell great, it looked amazing. I couldn’t wait to try it. He even made a big kettle of homemade mashed potatoes to go alongside it. He served us each a plate, (mine with extra gravy) and we all dove right in. It was super tender and juicy.
I asked him where he learned to cook in such a fashion and he said he got the recipe from one of the ladies at the office. I stole that recipe from him before we left and now I make it all the time. It’s so simple!
