I simply cannot get enough of this delish chicken dish! And to think, it’s only 4 ingredients! Now, that’s my kind of recipe. I like things to be quick and easy when I’ve had a busy day with life. This chicken only requires you to coat it with the ingredients and place into the oven for under an hour. You’ll have a chicken dinner on the table before you know it. My husband and kids love this chicken and so will yours.
Also, this chicken makes great leftovers. You can shred it up and add it to a casserole or even make chicken salad sandwiches with it. Simply yummy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets
4 teaspoons 4C Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place mayo and cheese in a small bowl and mix.
Lay chicken breasts on baking sheet (I line my baking sheet with parchment paper to make clean up easy) and spread mayo mixture evenly atop each. Next evenly sprinkle bread crumbs atop each.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear. Tops should be browned. You can also finish them off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top.
Season with a dash of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, if desired.
