Zippy Skippy Smothered Chicken Breasts

There are three things that are common main entrees in our home; beef, chicken, and pork. After making the same meals over and over again, it gets pretty uninteresting. The moans and groans that come out of my children…and even husband when I say we’re having chicken seemed to be getting louder. I figured I had better do something about that and started looking for fun new recipes online.

I came across this one on All Recipes and just new we had to try it. Of course, the first word that caught my eye was BACON. Who doesn’t love bacon?

We eat it all the time at my house…and usually fight over the last strip. When I plated this up for the hungry people at my dinner table, their eyes grew to the size of golf balls. Everyone gulped down their food and came back for more.

This is a recipe card that I will be keeping close from now on!
