The other day I was browsing the internet for amazing recipes to share with you all.
You know because I love you guys and gals and I like to do the legwork for you. I’m super nice like that 🙂 Anyway, I came across this awesome recipe called “corn chip casserole” and almost had a heart attack right there on the spot. Corn chip casserole?! Can we say “yum?”
So, I ended up making this amazing casserole and as expected, it turned out great. my kids loved it and my husband took the leftovers to work with him the next day.
We each garnished our servings with different things like sour cream, salsa, and jalapeno peppers. Needless to say, it was a darn good meal!
