Zesty Caesar Pork Chops In A Pan – Easy To Make And Yummy To Eat!

Whether you are having a fancy dinner or something just as simple, this could be your go-to meal. It’s so much easier to prepare than most pork chop recipes and it also gives a new flavor to those juicy pieces.

I loved serving these Caesar pork chops to my family for dinner. Everyone loved them! My kids don’t usually eat pork chops but they did these! I think it was the caesar dressing as it gave the meat a juicy kick of flavor. I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe as much as I do 🙂

 

I love pork chops, but there’s only so much pork chop roast I can eat. This recipe gives these pork chops a new taste; something refreshing and familiar. It’s a success when you ask me. My friends definitely loved the pork chops. They even fought for the last piece!

 

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup Gold Medal flour

1⁄2 teaspoon McCormick Italian seasoning

1⁄2 cup Hidden Valley creamy Caesar salad dressing

4 Tyson pork loin chops with bone (1/2 inch thick)

1⁄2 cup Sargento shredded parmesan cheese (1 oz)

 

Instructions

Heat oven to 375*F. Spray a 12 X 8 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In pie pan or shallow dish, mix flour and Italian seasoning. Pour dressing into another pie pan or shallow dish.

Coat both sides of each pork chop with the flour mixture; dip into dressing, coating both sides well. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Discard any remaining flour and dressing.

Bake uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
