You’ll Think You’re On A Tropical Island After Eating This Six-Layer Dip

All of my girlfriends and I started a monthly scrapbooking group. We get together at someone’s house once a month with all of our photographs and supplies and work on our projects together. We had discovered that we all loved the hobby, we just didn’t have the time to keep up with it. When we schedule a time to do it together, we get to enjoy one another’s company, and complete the task we are working on for our kids or families.

Each time that we get together, there is always someone that brings in a dish of snacks for us to munch on…scrapbooking works up an appetite.

One such meeting brought around this six-layer Mediterranean dip that was unlike any party food that I have ever had.

I felt like I ate half the plate myself! I was sure to have the woman that brought the appetizing platter in to write the recipe down for me so I could serve it at my next dinner party.
