You’ll Never Guess What’s In These Cheesy Meatballs!

Good Golly, How Scrumptious!

There’s nothing better in this world than a skillet filled with yummy, beef meatballs in tomato sauce. Or that’s how I used to think until one day I decided to try something a little different. My husband thought I was crazy to make meatballs from ground chicken – he thought our little picky eaters would just cringe after the first bite and I would have to deal with a huge bunch of leftovers.

But I had made up my mind, and especially now that my husband had his doubts about this, I really had to make it work! Since chicken has a very mild taste in my opinion, I thought it would be a good idea to amp up the flavors a little. And that’s where cheese is always a great option!

If you’re used to just throwing frozen meatballs in the crock pot with some tomato sauce, then I need to tell you this recipe is going to take a little more effort and time. But I guarantee the end result is so amazing, you won’t be disappointed!

You can serve these with pretty much any side dish – my favorite being potato wedges. Just make sure you won’t eat them all before dinner time… these are irresistible!

What is McArthur milk? Canned milk? Goat milk? Is it a house brand? I have never heard of McArthur Milk. Can I use whole milk? Thanks!
