You’ll Be Doing Cartwheels For These Easy, Cheesy Breakfast Wheels!

I’m pretty sure every mother out there knows what it’s like when things get a little overwhelming in the mornings. Whether it’s school, hobbies or just going to the grocery store, sometimes it seems you just can’t get breakfast ready fast enough for the hungry monsters! And if they start the day on the wrong foot… well, we all know how that’s going to end, don’t we?

I decided a long time ago already to always be prepared for these situations. I mean, I can handle a lot but I just can’t deal with too much drama in the mornings. At least not until I’ve had my third cup of coffee!

I have a few recipes up my sleeve for days like this, and most of them I can make ahead. They’ve turned out such lifesavers that I can’t even imagine going on without them anymore.

These breakfast wheels are one of my favorites! They are very fast to prepare, even if you don’t make them ahead, but I like to bake a large batch and then freeze half of them for later. They work just as well for a grab-and-go lunch as they do for breakfast!
